Message from the Co-Presidents

Welcome to a new and exciting school year! The PTO has been hard at work as thinkers all summer to make this year exciting and fun. The list of our hard working volunteers on the PTO Board and Essential Member Team are here. We will be introducing each of them to you over the next several newsletters. We also want to meet YOU! What are your ideas? What have you been thinking about? Please join our first General PTO Meeting on September 13 (see details below) to find out more about our plans and how you can be involved. UNIFORMS:  Strawberry Hill established a dress code as a way to promote school unity by giving students a sense of pride in their school, encouraging a focus on academics, and promoting safety by identifying our students to staff and our community.   Please visit our school's page for uniform provider information.

Join us for the first PTO meeting of the year! September 13th

If you still aren't sure what the PTO is and does, please join us for our first meeting on September 13th at 7pm. If you know about the PTO but want a say in how we spend our funds this year, join us too! Meeting is hybrid (on zoom and in person at the school). Those who attend in person can sign up for free babysitting and pizza! Please register by September 12 at 10pm.

Fall Picnic: September 22nd

Join us for a casual evening FALL PICNIC as we head back to Earth, towards a new school year!  For all grades and their families.

Stay tuned for more information!  We'll need volunteers too!

Parent Night Out: September 30th

Save the Date! K-8 Parent Night Out event on Saturday, September 30th 7-9pm at Hudson Social  (128 Bedford St, Stamford).

The Green Team!

What is the Green Team?

It is parents, teachers, administrators, and students interested in supporting a culture of sustainability in and out of school.


What does the Green Team do?

  • Pollinator Pathway Garden - planting events, caretaking and classroom connections
  • Textile Bin - the school earns $100 for every ton collected
  • After-school programming
  • Composting & Recycling - in the cafeteria and classrooms

2023 Fall Funds Application

We've recently made some changes to our Funds Application process, stay tuned for more information coming soon on how to apply for Enrichment/Clubs and Virtual Assemblies/Speakers.  Any current student, parent, or staff member of Strawberry Hill can request funds!

Support Our School
You can purchase labels for your student’s uniforms, water bottles, canisters and 20% of your purchase is paid to Strawberry Hill.  The labels are waterproof, dishwater and microwave safe.  Enter Strawberry Hill in the search box and you’re all set to shop labels to support our school. Our school’s Strawberry Logo is also available for printed labels in our special Label Pack.

Use the new Box Tops App to scan your receipt. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly add cash to your organization's earnings online.
