Spring is in the air, and as we head into the final stretch of the school year, we’re feeling so grateful for everything this year has brought—learning, growth, and the strong sense of community we’ve built together.
We’re especially excited to share something new with you—our very first Pioneer Palooza! This brand-new event is all about bringing families, students, and staff together for an evening of fun games, great food, and time to connect. We can’t wait to celebrate the amazing year we’ve had in a memorable way.
This season also gives us a great opportunity to reflect on the IB Learner Profile and the idea of being balanced. Between school, family, and everything in between, it’s important to make time for fun and community, too. That’s exactly what Pioneer Palooza is all about—finding that healthy balance and enjoying the people around us.
Thank you for being such an important part of our Strawberry Hill family. We’re so looking forward to kicking off this new tradition with you!

Ya se siente la primavera, y al acercarnos a la recta final del año escolar, nos sentimos muy agradecidos por todo lo que este año nos ha traído: aprendizaje, crecimiento y el fuerte sentido de comunidad que hemos construido juntos.
Nos emociona especialmente compartir algo nuevo con ustedes: ¡nuestra primera Pioneer Palooza! Este nuevo evento se centra en reunir a familias, estudiantes y personal para una noche de juegos divertidos, comida deliciosa y tiempo para conectar. ¡Estamos deseando celebrar este increíble año de una forma memorable!
Esta temporada también nos brinda una gran oportunidad para reflexionar sobre el Perfil de la Comunidad de Aprendizaje del IB y la idea de un equilibrio. Entre la escuela, la familia y todo lo demás, es importante dedicar tiempo también a la diversión y a la comunidad. De eso se trata Pioneer Palooza: de encontrar ese equilibrio saludable y disfrutar de la gente que nos rodea.
